Do you have a context so I can pick a translation that best fits? They're all grammatically correct but sound most natural when the subject 我I changes to 佢keoi5,He/She, or 你nei5,You.

is like In English, somebody might ask "Why you are doing this?", then someone may answer " I have ulterior motives." as a joke or as a wishy-washy explanation.

我別有居心 is quite common in Cantonese.
